What's Fair?

An open discussion about NAVA’s draft Pay Standards for Artists & Arts Workers, 4-6pm Tuesday 29 October at Firstdraft.

Following recent feedback received on the draft Pay Standards, NAVA in partnership with Firstdraft is hosting an open discussion about what is fair, practical and sustainable for both artists and organisations. Join Nanette Orly, Ramesh Mario Nithiyendran, Tanushri Saha, Soo-Min Shim, and Georgia Mokak to work together on raising the bar on professional standards for artists and arts workers.

To ensure that diversity of perspectives are heard, we are inviting expressions of interest for this event. Artists, art workers, and organisations are encouraged to apply. Due to the capacity of the space, places are limited to 20 contributors. Please bring your ideas on the draft and any questions you might have.
