NAVA’s new Member Portal is live
Here’s how to log in and what’s changed.
NAVA’s new Member Portal is now live, making it easier to manage your Membership, payments and details in one place. The new portal is the result of several years of work to improve NAVA’s Membership systems, informed by feedback from Members.
How to access the Member Portal
Access the Member Portal through the login button on the NAVA website, or visit members.visualarts.net.au. When logging in for the first time, you’ll need to reset your password. Your existing Membership and account details have been transferred to the new system, so you don’t need to rejoin, this is just a security step for the new system.
What’s new
In the new Member Portal, you can:
- Access your Membership information, documents and history
- Manage your personal and payment details
- Join, renew and upgrade your Membership
- Verify your identity by email or phone to help keep your account secure.
The new system also gives the NAVA team better tools to manage Membership and respond to Member enquiries. As the team gets familiar with the new system, some enquiries may take a little longer than usual to process. Thank you for bearing with us.
Payments
If you’re renewing your Membership, you will need to enter your card details again in the new portal. NAVA accepts major credit cards and Google Pay.
NAVA has partnered with ArtsPay to process payments. ArtsPay directs its transaction profits to artists and small arts organisations through the ArtsPay Foundation. There’s no additional cost to Members, it is simply a more values-aligned way to handle a transaction we were already paying for.
What’s next
The Member Portal is the first stage of renewing NAVA’s digital platforms. The next stage is a new public website bringing together the NAVA website, the Code of Practice for Visual Arts, Craft and Design, and the Member Portal.
