NAVA’s Quiet Fridays
Working nine to five might be a great way to make a living, but it’s not the only way – and at NAVA, our way is a little different.
Through Quiet Fridays, full-time staff work their hours across four extended days, with the fifth day set aside for creative practice and/or family.
NAVA's phone line rings far less on Fridays, and experience has shown that this arrangement will work well for both our team and the people we work with.
This means that the NAVA office is closed on Fridays. You can send us email or leave a message on our answering machine and we will respond on Monday.
NAVA encourages organisations across the sector to consider the working hours and days that best support their purpose and their values.
