Notice of NAVA's AGM, 25 May 2026 via Zoom.

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Members of the National Association for the Visual Arts Ltd ABN 16 003 229 285.

Time: 12pm (WA), 1.30pm (SA, NT), 2pm (ACT, Qld, NSW, Tas, Vic)

Attending the Annual General Meeting

All NAVA Premium, Premium Plus and Organisation Members are invited to attend the AGM and meet with NAVA’s Board and staff.

AGM Agenda

  1. Welcome and Acknowledgement of Country
  2. Attendance and apologies
  3. Confirmation of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held 26 May 2025, and any matters arising
  4. Tabling of the NAVA Annual Report and Auditor’s Report
  5. Announcement of the results of the 2026 Board election
    • Election of three Artist Representative Directors
    • Election of two Arts Organisation Representative Directors
  6. Confirmation of the auditors for 2026
  7. Special Resolution - adoption of a new Constitution
  • Members will be asked to vote on the following Special Resolution: That the Members approve and adopt the Constitution tabled at the meeting as the Constitution of the National Association for the Visual Arts Ltd, replacing the existing Articles of Association, and authorise the Board to make any minor amendments required by applicable law.
